absurd charge bottled water fee
The layout of my room was acceptable.
I was disappointed with the extra fees I encountered. I found a charge for bottled water after opening one and seeing a small sign. I also discovered I needed to pay to use a microwave, which I thought was absurd. I have stayed in many hotels without these extra costs.

a really great stay!
airport shuttle hotel cleanliness amazing view
I really liked the airport shuttle. It saved me so much hassle getting to and from the airport! the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out, it was so fresh and super clean. i also loved the view, it was so amazing looking out from my room.
the front desk service was a little slow, and there were only two agents, it made check-in a little bit of a wait.

The free airport shuttle runs every half hour, so you never have to wait long and is super convenient. i also noted the hotel had a restaurant, and it seemed pretty popular. It was always busy!

the suite was pretty spacious! it had all the usual amenities you would expect in a hotel room. i noticed the beds were comfortable, so i got a good night's sleep every night, even if the decor is a bit dated.

the hotel is near lots of restaurants, pretty convenient when you're hungry. also, it's close to many tourist attractions, and the santa fe station is close too. the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive!
